Programmes

Find your starting point.

Everyone starts at Level 1. You don't need to be fit, strong or experienced. You just need to show up.

The pathway

After every course

Two-day intensive seminar

Every course is followed by a two-day intensive seminar: two days of focused training to lock in what you've learned. It's open to everyone, even if you haven't taken a course.

See seminar dates

Every course includes one extra make-up class, so a missed session never sets you back. Regular Classes are for SheDefense graduates: finish a course first.

In every class

Combative fitness, built in.

Every SheDefense class includes combative fitness: conditioning built from real striking, grappling and escape drills. You get fitter while you learn to protect yourself.
